MELBOURNE- Heston Blumenthel is to open up free pop up restaurants for only one night throughout this year.

Heston is man who makes food more than flavour or taste. He is almost too good for your mind, he plays your eyes to get a mysterious reaction.

Calling himself ‘Hidden Heston’, he is hiding his restaurants throughout Melbourne because he wants it be a treasure hunt for excitement.

In order to find out when each restaurant is opening, diners will have to follow clues which are posted on various social media platforms.

Diners will be presented with a unique opportunity.

“I want people to experience an exotic dining experience,” stated Heston.

Heston seems to like food more than money, which is probably another reason why he is opening up free pop up restaurants.
