Ballistic Bully Bashes Bus

On February 9, 2016 at about 9:53am, in the inner-west suburb of Marrickville, a man hit a Sydney bus windshield with a shovel. It's unclear why he chose to hit the bus but some news reports say it was road rage. The driver also allegedly approached the bus driver's window and verbally abused the bus driver.

There were two people that said they saw this happen. The bus driver and a man who videotaped the incident on his phone. The bus driver was unharmed but very scared. The damage to the bus cost about $1000 to repair.

That same evening, the 44-year-old man did turn himself in to the police and was arrested and charged with two offences following this attack. He was due to appear in Court on March 3, 2016.
