Red Bull Art of Motion 2015 Report

Red bull art of motion. October 4th 2014. The world’s best free runners are heading back to Santorini, Greece for the ultimate free run showdown. This is the fourth consecutive comp where the 18 participants return to the amazing island of Santorini for the grand finale. Only 1 will come out victorious.

Jesse La flair, Famous free runner and YouTube sensation, flipped his way into the best trick award. Jesse pulled of his signature move, the lunar eclipse. This trick is known as one of the hardest free run move, only a few free runners have this trick up their sleeve, though they can barely pull it off.

Pavel “Pasha” Petkuns has been free running since he was 11. All his training paid off as he tricked his way into an impressive second place win for the second time in a row. Pavel got his points from an impressive mixture of creativity, flow and above all else his amazing execution of his amazing stunts.

Lucy Romberg of the USA, won best female trick for 2nd for time in a row. She got her huge amount of points from her flawless double Ariel twist. One of her good friends, Alfred Scott, fellow countryman of the USA, won best trick over all after pulling of the legendary pimp flip 360.

Dimitris DK Kyrsanidis, flipped tricked, turned and dropped to win the comp for the second year in a row. Dimitris is a local freerunner from greece. He has been freerunning for10 years now. He is known as the best free runner in the world.

In the red bull art of motion 2015 there were no known serious injuries, apart from minor injuries like ankle sprains.
