The Macan is assembled in the body shop from hundred of individual steel and aluminium parts, then the underbody, The production line starts at the under body when the front and back wheel housing is fitted. Part suppliers deliver separate pre-assembled parts. The assembly line is divided into pre-assembly and final-assembly. The bodies of the Macan and the Panamera are assembled in the pre-assembly. All three models go through the final-assembly. Also can Be called the mix line. Since the Cayen comes pre-assembled so it doesn't need to do pre-assembly.
The final assembly is also the part where one of the highlights of the whole production takes place, called the marriage.
